Customer Agreement

 When staying on the Rafter U Ranch property, customers will agree to the following: 

* You will be responsible for calling 479-438-0895 to book the dates you are staying at Rafter U Ranch Campgrounds after completing your payment online. 

* Respect the land. Please do not leave trash on the property. We will have a dumpsite available and all trash will go into the designated bins. 

* Respect the neighboring campers. Loud Music and noise will need to end at 10 p.m. each night. 

* We reserve the right to ask any campers to leave the property for any misconduct by a neighbor or staff. If you are asked to leave the property, you will not be refunded for your stay.
